Collins Petfoods Currently Offer Free Delivery To All UK Mainland Addresses
At Collins Petfoods we value our customer base and want to provide the best possible service. We constantly review our service proposition and the delivery options available to us. Whenever possible we pass on the benefits to you the customer.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland can be arranged if you contact Collins Petfoods direct for a freight quote.

All orders weighing a kilo or less will be sent via the Royal Mail packet post service. This service covers all of mainland UK and is usually a 2-4 day service.
Orders weighing between 1 and 30 kilos will be sent via a courier. The courier we use is part of the UPS network. If you place an order between 3pm Monday – Thursday our aim is to deliver your order the following day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Where an item ordered is not in stock, we will contact you within 2 working days in order to advise you of an estimated incoming date and to ascertain whether you are able to wait or whether you wish to cancel your order.
Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please Note: deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-6pm , excluding Bank Holidays.
