One magnetic silver collar key is supplied with the flap, Helps keep strays and other animals out of the house, Extra security, No running costs after installation. IMPORTANT: The cat flap will not operate if fitted to a door containing metal e.g. UPVC coated metal doors, metal skin doors or security doors. The cat flap must be isolated from the metal in a wood frame, as detailed in the instruction booklet. Please note, as with all pet doors, it is not possible to fully guarantee the exclusion of all other animals in all circumstances. Metal objects such as cat bells, id tags, may also open the magnetic lock of this cat flap to allow entry.

Collins Petfoods Currently Offer Free Delivery To All UK Mainland Addresses
At Collins Petfoods we value our customer base and want to provide the best possible service. We constantly review our service proposition and the delivery options available to us. Whenever possible we pass on the benefits to you the customer.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland can be arranged if you contact Collins Petfoods direct for a freight quote.

All orders weighing a kilo or less will be sent via the Royal Mail packet post service. This service covers all of mainland UK and is usually a 2-4 day service.
Orders weighing between 1 and 30 kilos will be sent via a courier. The courier we use is part of the UPS network. If you place an order between 3pm Monday – Thursday our aim is to deliver your order the following day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Where an item ordered is not in stock, we will contact you within 2 working days in order to advise you of an estimated incoming date and to ascertain whether you are able to wait or whether you wish to cancel your order.
Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please Note: deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-6pm , excluding Bank Holidays.

We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting in the wrong delivery address information being supplied. Please check that all your details are correct before submitting your order, you may be responsible for any additional costs which are incurred in correcting such situations.
